      Agent 1099's

      When and how to find your 1099 from Key Realty

      TAX Year 2021

      On 1-28-22 Key Realty, LTD issued IRS form 1099-NEC for the tax year 2021 using Track1099, an IRS-approved vendor, to all agents who were paid $600 or more.
       
      Please locate the email from no-reply@track1099.com and follow the instructions for the secure link.  Please remember to check your spam or junk inboxes if you do not see the email in your regular inbox.

      **If Key Realty pays your commission to your LLC** - keep in mind that you’ll have to enter the last 4 digits of the EIN # for the LLC to obtain your 1099-MISC.  Otherwise, you’ll need to enter the last 4 digits of your social security number.


       
      Lastly, Key Realty does not issue 1099-NEC forms to S Corps. However, if you need a 2021 detailed Transaction Report to show what was paid to you, please email your request to 1099@keyrealtyagent.com. If you have any questions about your 1099 NEC form, please email Support at 1099@KeyRealtyAgent.com.
