Key Realty will be debiting the AAR fee Feb 13-17th
Please note that Key Realty will begin debiting all Key Realty agents the Annual Agent Renewal Fee (AAR) of $249.00. Please review the following important dates.If you are a new Key Realty agent with an anniversary date on or after January 1st, 2023, you will not be debited again in February.
Annual Agent Renewal Fee Debit Timeline
February 8, 2023 - This is the last day to make any bank account updates. If you need to update your bank account on file with Key Realty, please do so prior to February 8th. You can update your direct deposit information by clicking here.
After February 8th, any agent active with Key Realty will be added to the debit queue for the AAR fee to automatically be debited from their account on file for the date range listed below.
February 13th - 17th, 2023 - Agents will see the AAR fee debited from their account this week. Due to the number of agents, we have to spread the debits across multiple days. We will not be able to provide an exact date your debit will take place.
Please be sure that you have sufficient funds in this account to cover this transaction by no later than Friday, February 10th, 2023. An additional $25 NSF fee may be charged for each additional attempt due to a returned/bounced debit.
What is the Annual Agent Renewal Fee (AAR)?
The Annual Agent Renewal Fee (AAR) covers items such as technology, E&O Insurance, General Liability insurance, Cyber Theft insurance, and other administrative costs.
Our new E&O Policy will be issued on or before March 6th. A copy of the Certificate of Insurance will be posted in the Knowledge Base > Company Resources section as soon as we receive it
