Advertising Unlisted Properties

Advertising Unlisted Property is Prohibited

A licensee cannot advertise a property that he/she does not have listed without the written consent of the owner or owner’s agent.

When permission is granted, the licensee must disclose the fact that he does not have the property listed and must include the name of the listing broker in type size that is the same or larger used to describe the property.
