What is a Team Account?

A team account allows a group of agents to collaborate by connecting them together with a team account, making it easier to manage leads, communications, and workflows as a team. As a team leader, you will be able to share leads, advertise as a team and more! 

 

Who Can Get a Team Account?

Team accounts are available exclusively for team leaders. The team leader is responsible for coordinating with Agent Support and managing the account details for their team members.

 

How to Request a Team Account

To get started with a team account, the team leader needs to take the following steps:

 

1. Send an Email: Email Agent Support at AgentSupport@keyrealtyagent.com.

2. Include Required Information: In the email, include:

• Your team name.

• The team leader’s details (name, contact information, etc.).

• A list of team members to be added to the account.

 

Team Account Cost

The cost for a team account is $100 annually. This fee covers the entire team for one year, allowing full access to the Delta CRM platform for team collaboration.
