Key Sales Award
Key Production Leaders
The Key Sales Award will be awarded each year based on the agent's total sales volume during the reporting period outlined below.
You can expect to receive your sales award the first week of August.
- There is no application to complete to qualify, the award will be emailed to you from Key as announced
- If you joined Key Realty after the beginning of the reporting period, you can submit your prior sales to have your award updated or to qualify. See form link below under award guidelines.

The Key Sales Award will be based on the following guidelines:
• Agent's Sales volume from 7/1/2021 - 6/30/2022
• Sales volume is calculated by the total sales price. If multiple key agents are involved for the same side of the sale, the sales price is split based on the split of the commission. This prevents overinflation of the sales volume and for teams sales volume to be counted fairly compared to individual agents. (ex. Agent A represents the seller, Agents B and C represent the buyer. Sales price is 100,000. Agent A receives credit of $100,000. Agents B and C split the commission 50/50 each receive $50,000 sales volume credit.)
• Sales at Previous Brokerage: If you joined Key after the reporting period began and have prior sales you would like to report, use this form. - Prior Sales Reporting

Individual Agent Award Tiers:
Million Dollar Club Award: min $1 Million in Sales
Circle of Excellence: min $2.5 Million in Sales
Prestige Sales Club Award: min $5 Million in Sales
Platinum Award: min $7.5 Million in Sales
Diamond Award: min $10 Million in Sales
Team Award Tiers:
Million Dollar Club: min $1.5 Million in Sales
Circle of Excellence: min $3.5 Million in Sales
Prestige Sales Club: min $7.5 Million in Sales
Platinum Sales Club: min $11.5 Million in Sales
Diamond Sales Club: min $15 Million in Sales
Key Production Leaders
A few weeks after the close of each quarter, we will be sending agents who qualify as production leaders their award certificates via Accredible. An example is shown below. 2022 Q3 will be the first quarter to kick off this program. Please review the qualifications and the reporting periods below. Qualifications:
- 3 or more sales units closed OR $350K+ in closed sales volume for the reporting period
- Sales must have a closing date within the reporting period
- Sales must be processed and paid out by Key within 15 days after the closing of the reporting period.
- Sales volume is calculated by the total sales price. If multiple key agents are involved for the same side of the sale, the sales price and unit credit is split based on the split of the commission. This prevents overinflation of the sales volume and units, and allows for teams' sales volume to be counted fairly compared to individual agents. (ex. Agent A represents the seller, Agents B and C represent the buyer. Sales price is 100,000. Agent A receives a credit of $100,000. Agent B and C split the commission 50/50 each receiving $50,000 sales volume credit and .5 unit credit.)
