      For Sale Signs for Ohio and Michigan Listings

      Agents who are licensed in Both Ohio and Michigan must follow the signage rules for the listings they have in each state.

      If you are an agent who is licensed in BOTH Ohio and Michigan be sure to follow the rules for both states. You will need two different for sale signs for your listings, one for Ohio listings and one for Michigan listings. 

       

      Ohio Listings:  For Sale Signs CANNOT have a Michigan office address on them. They do not require any office address to be compliant. 

      Michigan Listings:  For Sale signs MUST have a Michigan office address on the for sale sign.
