NW Ohio - NOR & OAR Presidents Sales Club

The deadline to submit your 2021 Presidents Sales Club Award application is fast approaching. You must have your application submitted to NOR by Friday, July 30th, 2021. If you are applying for the OAR President's Sales Club Award as well the deadline to submit to OAR is Wednesday, July 21st, 2021.

Due to the number of applicants, we have made some changes to the process. Please read and follow the instructions below to ensure your Agent Awards Report is signed in a timely matter. 

NOR President's Sales Club Application Instructions

DEADLINE to Submit for Signature:  Wednesday, July 28th, 2021

NOR Application DEADLINE:  Friday, July 30th, 2021

Step 1:  Download the Agent Awards Report

• The DEADLINE to submit your application for signature is Wednesday, July 28th, 2021 to ensure you receive the signed application in time to submit for the OAR deadline. 
• The Agent Awards report will be obtained from the MLS as a PDF. Remember to use the date range 7/1/2020 - 6/30/2021
• (Click for full instructions on generating the report.) 

Step 2:  Email the Agent Awards Report

• Name the report "FirstName LastName Presidents Sales Club" (ex. John Smith Presidents Sales Club)
• Email the report to admin@keyrealtyagent.com and indicate if you are applying for just the NOR Presidents Sales Club or both NOR and OAR Presidents Sales Club Award.
• Please allow up to 2 business days for the report to be signed by Virginia Higgins and returned. You will receive the signed report back via Dotloop. 

Step 3:  Complete the NOR Presidents Sales Club Application

• You are responsible for Completing the NOR Presidents Sales Club Application either using the online or mail-in version.
• Once the report has been signed, navigate to the NOR Presidents Sales Club Page (Click Here)  and click on the online application for either individual or team.
• You will fill out the online form and upload a copy of the signed Agent Awards Report to the form on that page.

DEADLINE to Submit for Dennis Signature:  Extended:  Tuesday, July 20th, 2021

OAR Application DEADLINE:  Wednesday, July 21st, 2021

Note:  You are responsible for the cost of the OAR Presidents Sales Club Award

Step 1: Receive the Agent Awards Report signed by Dennis Degnan

• The DEADLINE to submit your application for Dennis's signature is Monday, July 21st, 2021 to ensure you receive the signed application in time to submit for the OAR deadline. 
• If you indicated you were applying for the OAR Presidents Sales Club as well you will receive a second copy of the report signed by Dennis Degnan via Dotloop. 
• Please allow up to 2 business days for the report to be signed by Dennis Degnan and returned. You will receive the signed report back via Dotloop. 

Step 2:  Complete the OAR Presidents Sales Club Application

• You are responsible for Completing the OAR Presidents Sales Club Application either using the online or mail-in version.
• Navigate to the OAR Presidents Sales Club Page (Click Here) and click on the individual or team online application.
• You will fill out the online form and upload a copy of the Agent Awards Report signed by Dennis Degnan to the form on that page.
