      Instructions for Presidents Sales Club Annual Awards Applications

      The deadline to submit your 2022 Presidents Sales Club Award application is fast approaching. You must have your application submitted to NOR by Friday, July 22nd, 2022. If you are applying for the OAR President's Sales Club Award as well, the deadline to submit to OAR is Thursday, July 14th, 2022.

      Due to the number of applicants, we have made some changes to the process. Please read and follow the instructions below to ensure your Agent Awards Report is signed in a timely matter. 

      NOR President's Sales Club Application Instructions

      NOR Presidents Sales Club: 

      Deadline for Broker Signature:  Wednesday, July 20th, 2022

      Deadline to Submit to NOR:  Friday, July 20th, 2022

      • Step 1:  Download the Agent Awards Report from the MLS

         

        Step 2:  Email the Agent Awards Report for Signature

        • Name the report "Last Name, First Name 2022 Presidents Sales Club" (ex. Smith, John 2022 Presidents Sales Club)
        • Email the report to agentsupport@keyrealtyagent.com and indicate if you are applying for just the NOR Presidents Sales Club or both NOR and OAR Presidents Sales Club Award.
        • Please allow up to 2 business days for the report to be signed and returned. You will receive the signed report back via Dotloop. 

         

        Step 3:  Complete the NOR Presidents Sales Club Application

        • You are responsible for Completing the NOR Presidents Sales Club Application.
        • Once the report has been signed, navigate to the NOR Presidents Sales Club Page (Click Here)  and click on the online application for either individual or team.
        • You will fill out the online form and upload a copy of the signed Agent Awards Report to the form on that page. 

      OAR Presidents Sales Club Application Instructions

      Deadline for Broker Signature:  Tuesday, July 12th, 2022

      Deadline to Submit to OAR:  Thursday, July 14th, 2022

      The new deadline is Thursday, July 14, 2022. Applications received/postmarked between July 15 and July 21, 2022, must include a $100 late fee. No applications will be accepted after July 21.

      Note:  You are responsible for the cost of the OAR Presidents Sales Club Award

      Step 1:  Download the Agent Awards Report

      • The Agent Awards report can be obtained from the MLS as a PDF. Remember to use the date range 7/1/2021 - 6/30/2022
      • If your MLS does not have an Agent Awards Report, you can fill out the paper application. OAR Presidents Sales Club Page (Click Here) transaction reporting forms are available under the transaction forms section. 
      • Name the report "FirstName LastName Presidents Sales Club" (ex. John Smith Presidents Sales Club)

       

      Step 2: Email the report for Broker Signature

      • Reply to this email or send an email to AgentSupport@KeyRealtyAgent.com with your transaction report attached for signature. 
      • Please allow up to 2 business days for the report to be signed and returned. 

       

      Step 3:  Complete the OAR Presidents Sales Club Application

      • You are responsible for Completing the OAR Presidents Sales Club Application either using the online or mail-in version.
      • Navigate to the OAR Presidents Sales Club Page (Click Here) and click on the individual or team online application.
      • You will fill out the online form and upload a copy of the signed Agent Awards Report to the form on that page.
