Prominence Rule - Websites & Facebook

Prominence Rule Regarding FB & websites:
There is nothing in the Prominence Rule that states the broker name must be of equal or greater prominence as the website name.

There has been a discussion that the website name must be the same as licensee's name. OAR has reached out to the state for clarification on this. The state has determined that the website does not need to contain the licensee or broker's name.

Broker Name on non-agent owed websites (e.g. Toledo Transformation or Builder Websites)

If the agent is a point of contact on the site and is not being paid by the site owner as an employee, then the broker must appear on the site.

Regular prominence rules apply.
