How to rescind an offer prior to offer acceptance

To rescind an offer prior to the sellers accepting and providing a fully executed purchase agreement an email notice sent to the listing agent is deemed sufficient. Below is an example of verbiage you can use in your email. Simply copy and paste the verbiage and update the information. 

Please let this email serve as notice that the offer below has been rescinded effective immediately.  Questions, let me know.  Thank you.
