15.1 Direct Deposit Agreement

The associate will maintain a current Direct Deposit Agreement form on file with Key Realty authorizing Key Realty to debit and credit funds to the Associate’s account, in accordance with company policy and the terms on the form.     



15.2 Limited Liability Corporations (LLCs)

Not applicable in Michigan due to State law prohibiting. Agents who wish to work within an LLC or corporation shall provide the appropriate Key Realty Regional Office with documentation of ownership interest and/or evidence of their position as a corporate officer. These forms are not limited to the LLC articles of formation, W9 and Direct Deposit agreement.  

 

15.3 Transfering Agent Licenses to a Holding Company 

Any agent transferring their real estate license from Key Realty shall have 14 days after notification to transfer their license. After the 14 days have passed, the license will be returned to the state if not transferred to the appropriate holding company determined by each state.
