Considering using Zillow as part of your advertising plan? Here are a few tips for success
Zillow can be a great source of business if you follow these rules:
1.) When you get a lead, pick up the phone and call them back. Not in five minutes, an hour, 15 minutes. Right now.

- Build Rapport
- Identify Needs (what do they want to buy?)

- Show them house on your laptop - Pick some out
- Schedule an appointment to go see the houses before you leave.
Conclusion: Don’t change or deviate from this system. If you want to do it this way, you will probably make really good money doing it. If you don’t, you will waste your money.
